Kissi are known for their stones " Pomdo " and "Nomoli" as well as Mayombe for their "Mintadi", but no documentation seems to exist on the Dogon's stones...
Nevertheless nobody doubts on the represented figure. The nose and the profile allow to attribute it clearly to Dogons.
