Superb fragment of mask polychromme Gélédé.
The part is undoubtedly old.
One finds the Yoruba style, eyes in
triangles, 3 scarifications on the cheeks, acrylic painting.
Is the head of the character surmounted by an animal (Hyenne?)
restored by the villagers.
The black hair is also marked trinagles punched in hollow, which
gives him a very beautiful relief.
Nice and old patina
